All Bay Entertainment AV Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes cancellations or rescheduling may be necessary. To ensure a fair process for all parties, we have outlined the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notices & Fees
To provide fairness and cover the costs of last-minute changes, we require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or modifications to your event audio-video rental package. We follow the same commitment and will not cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will incur a charge of 50% of your event audio-video rental package fee.
Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us, and we will work with you to find a solution.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
If you need to reschedule or cancel your event, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
